Privacy Policy
winoh is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information winoh collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
How winoh Handles Your Data
These cards summarise winoh's core privacy principles. The full legal text below is the binding document that governs data processing on our platform.
Minimum Necessary Collection
winoh collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to provide its services, fulfil legal obligations, and maintain account security. We do not collect data speculatively or for undisclosed purposes. Every data field requested from you has a defined, documented purpose tied to operating the winoh platform.
Security by Design
All personal data stored on winoh's systems is protected by industry-standard security measures — 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting staff access to data on a need-to-know basis, and regular third-party security audits. Your data security is treated as an operational priority, not an afterthought.
Your Rights Under RA 10173
The Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 grants you specific rights over your personal data. winoh respects and upholds these rights in full — including your right to access, correct, object to, and erase personal data we hold about you. A complete summary of your rights and how to exercise them appears in Section 9 of this Policy.
Limited Third-Party Sharing
winoh does not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who support platform operations (payment processors, KYC verification partners, technology infrastructure providers), regulatory bodies as required by law, and where you have explicitly consented to a specific disclosure.
Defined Retention Periods
winoh retains personal data only for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as mandated by applicable Philippine law. Account data is retained for the duration of your relationship with winoh plus a minimum of five years to satisfy PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Transparency & Notification
winoh will notify affected players without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm. Notifications will be made in accordance with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and will include the nature of the breach, data affected, and steps winoh has taken in response.

Data Controller Identity
For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, winoh is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to personal data processed in connection with the Platform.
As Personal Information Controller, winoh determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform. winoh has appointed a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing data protection compliance and serving as the point of contact for data privacy matters.
Contact details for the winoh Data Privacy Officer are provided in Section 14 of this Policy. All data privacy enquiries, requests, and complaints may be directed to the DPO using those contact details.

Your Data Privacy Rights
Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by winoh. These rights may be exercised by contacting the winoh Data Privacy Officer as described in Section 14.
You have the right to be informed whether winoh holds personal data about you, and to receive a description of the data held, the purposes of processing, and the recipients of the data.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data winoh holds about you, including information on how it is being processed, the source of the data, and any recipients.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data winoh holds about you. You may update most Account details directly through your Account settings.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and to claim compensation for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data, or by unlawful processing.
Security Measures
winoh implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. Measures in place include:

- Access controls: winoh employee access to personal data is granted on a strict need-to-know basis, with role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication required for all administrative system access;
- Password hashing: Player passwords are never stored in plain text. winoh uses industry-standard cryptographic hashing algorithms with salting;
- Security monitoring: winoh's systems are monitored for anomalous activity, unauthorised access attempts, and data exfiltration indicators on a continuous basis;
- Penetration testing: Regular third-party security assessments and penetration tests are conducted to identify and remediate vulnerabilities;
- Incident response: winoh maintains a documented data breach incident response procedure, including NPC notification obligations within seventy-two (72) hours of discovering a notifiable breach.
While winoh takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Account credentials.
Minors & Age Policy
Age verification is conducted as part of the winoh Account registration process. Where winoh has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through misrepresentation at registration or otherwise — winoh will:
- Immediately suspend the Account in question;
- Delete all personal data associated with the Account, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations;
- Return any real money balance in the Account to the payment source used for deposits, where technically feasible;
- Report the incident to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
If you become aware that a person under 21 has registered on winoh, please notify the winoh Data Privacy Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of winoh's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and technology platform vendors — may be located outside the Philippines or may process data on servers located in other jurisdictions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, winoh ensures that such transfers are made in compliance with the cross-border transfer provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the applicable NPC rules, including by:
- Transferring data only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection, as recognised by the NPC;
- Implementing appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements incorporating DPA-compliant data protection clauses; or
- Relying on other permitted legal grounds for the transfer, including your explicit consent where required.
winoh takes steps to ensure that personal data transferred outside the Philippines is protected at a standard substantially equivalent to that required by Philippine law.
Changes to This Policy
winoh reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be posted at winoh.cam/privacy-policy with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect how winoh processes your personal data or your rights under this Policy — winoh will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect.
Your continued use of the winoh Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how winoh is protecting your data.
